Amanizorg zoekt voor KTC Blenchi een nachtmedewerker die bewoners met diverse achtergronden veilig begeleidt. Je zorgt voor toezicht, rust en continuity van zorg gedurende de nacht en bewaakt de kamer- en gebouwveiligheid.
Vereisten: MBO 4 in zorg of sociaal domein, kennis van DSM‑5, minimaal 1 jaar nacht-woonbegeleiding, en een coachende, reflectieve houding. Bereidheid om onregelmatige tijden te werken en collega’s te ondersteunen.
