ASVZ zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider voor Lekkerkerk. Je coördineert behandeling en begeleiding van bewoners op de woning en werkt mee aan de uitvoering daarvan. Je betrekt bewoners bij dagelijkse activiteiten en zorgt voor een veilige, voorspelbare omgeving.
Je werkt samen met een orthopedagoog en teamleider; werkdagen omvatten dagdiensten, avonden, weekenden en feestdagen. Salaris max €3.902,- in FWG 40; acht procent vakantietoeslag en eindejaarsuitkering zijn geboden.
