Middin zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider (begeleider 4 zeer intensief) voor Aquila, een antroposofische woonlocatie in Rotterdam. Je daagt bewoners uit om eigen mogelijkheden te benutten en zoekt voortdurend naar passende aanpakken voor gedragsproblematiek.
Je werkt samen met families en verzorgt ADL-activiteiten, waarbij je antroposofie als leidraad gebruikt. Ervaring met doelgroep en de-escalatietechnieken is gewenst; leren en groeien staan centraal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
