Zeno Ambulant zoekt een ambulant hulpverlener die gezinnen en jongeren begeleidt, regie voert over complexe zorgtrajecten en zelfstandig werkt in een dynamisch team.
Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Sliedrecht en bent veel onderweg in Rotterdam en omgeving, met een zakelijke auto tot je beschikking.
Je start met een tijdelijk contract van 24-36 uur per week; bij voldoening is er een kans op vast contract.
