Pameijer zoekt een Jeugd- en gezinscoach voor wijkteams in Rotterdam. Je coacht gezinnen, regisseert zorg en zet een plan van aanpak met het netwerk. Je signaleert problemen en bewaakt veiligheid binnen het gezin; je onderhoudt het netwerk van cliënten.
Werken in een multidisciplinair wijkteam, met diverse hulpverleners, is jouw realiteit. Je agogisch HBO-diploma en SKJ-registratie zijn vereist, net als meerdere jaren jeugdzorgervaring en aandacht voor diversiteit.
