ASVZ zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider IB voor een intensieve woongroep aan de Mathildestraat in Rotterdam. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking en coördineert behandeling en begeleiding.
Je voert zelf mee in de begeleiding, bevordert structuur, dagbesteding en leefbaarheid, en werkt samen met de orthopedagoog en teamleider aan planning en overleg. Naast participatie in team en tijdige rapportage, kun je rekenen op een vast contract mogelijk, 24–28 uur
