Domus Rotterdam is een beschermde woonvorm waar Leger des Heils circa 34 volwassenen met dubbele diagnose ondersteunt. Als woonbegeleider nacht bewaak je rust en veiligheid, bied je een luisterend oor en werk je nauw samen met de nachtwaker en dagdiensten.
De functie vereist een MBO-4 opleiding, affiniteit met psychiatrie/verslaving en een stevige, de-escaleerbare houding. Er wordt gemiddeld 10 nachtdiensten per maand verwacht; 20 uur per week, fulltime-registratie.
