Pameijer zoekt een begeleider voor jongeren met LVB in Rotterdam-Beverwaard. Je begeleidt jongeren tussen 16 en 23 jaar op wonen, werken en vrije tijd en bouwt daarnaartoe praktische vaardigheden op. Je werkt samen met ouders, scholen en reclassering en biedt ondersteuning bij ADL en medicatie waar nodig.
Je werkt in een hecht team met flexibele dienstrooster en slaapdiensten; er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling en training binnen het team.
