Your role as Senior AI Engineer

You will be working on simplifying a complex business, turning it into an intuitive and worldwide scalable product that enables companies to manage logistics in a more time and cost‑efficient way. You will leverage your expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI to architect and build the intelligent backend of our fast‑growing shipping platform. Together with the team, you will design and deploy new AI‑driven functionalities, taking responsibility for the technical future and intelligence of the platform.

Your opinion and ideas matter  will focus on building AI solutions, defining and maintaining our LLM & ML models and data pipelines, and ensuring the high performance and responsiveness required for real‑time decision‑making. Your responsibilities

• End‑To‑End Implementation: Design, architect, and build complete backend AI solutions, taking full ownership from implementation to production deployment and monitoring.
• Code Quality & Testing: Ensure high‑quality engineering by writing clean code, implementing unit tests, and actively driving refactoring efforts.
• AI Model Development: Lead the development, training, and fine‑tuning of advanced AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, and NLP solutions.
• Data Pipelines: Build and manage robust, scalable data pipelines to ensure the high‑quality data needed to power our AI initiatives.
• LLMOps/MLOps: Implement and champion best practices for the automated deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of models in production.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize both AI models and backend workflows for speed, accuracy, cost and resource efficiency.
