innocent Limited zoekt een Teamleider Warehouse – Outbound in Rotterdam om een bestaand outbound warehouse-team aan te sturen. Je leidt twee ploegen, coaches en ontwikkelt medewerkers en bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en compliance terwijl je processen continu verbetert.
Je werkt nauw samen met Supply Chain, Productie en internationale teams, stuurt dagelijks op operationele prestaties en draagt bij aan een toekomstbestendige warehouse.
