Talent Acquisition Lead - Engineering and R&D Services at HCLTechHCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self‑motivated Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure seamless Business continuity in HW Development, testing and support for Baxter Infusion Pump platform.
- Hardware changes - PCB design, schematics, eBOM and maintaining ongoing hardware development activities.
- Sustenance Engineering/Component obsolescence.
- Design Transfer - Manufacturing support.
- Coordinate with External Vendors.
- Assisting in onboarding the new internal team.
- Cross-functional discussions (TRB/CCB/CIT).
- Design reviews (Technical/Final Design).
- Excellent communication with collaboration and working across cross functional teams.
- Medical domain knowledge.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
. - 10-15 years of experience in Hardware Design
, preferably in medical or high-reliability environments. - Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality management systems

Pay and BenefitsPay Range Minimum: $92000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $141000 per year
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need‑based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
