Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $20.00/hr

We are the premier, high-quality early childhood program serving the Round Lake, Hainesville, Volo, Lakemoor, Wauconda, and Grayslake communities. Our FLEX Learning Program promotes literacy, science, technology, engineering, arts, and math with hands-on exploration in a safe and nurturing environment. We are seeking bus drivers to transport school-age children to and from public school to our Early Childhood Center.

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational environments with a smiling demeanor.
• Maintain a safe and violation-free driving record.
• Ensure child safety by maintaining vehicle functionality and following company safety procedures with the school director.

• Valid driver s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass a background check.
• Understanding of current state and local regulations.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility with hours and work schedule.
• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility is strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Salary is dependent on experience and education level.
