Pay Range$20.25/hr on w2
Responsibilities- Review and approve GMP/GLP manufacturing and related documentation to support timely product and system release.
- Conduct internal audits of SOPs, training records, and other document types on an as-needed basis.
- Assist and guide engineering with product documentation, product configuration, and document change request package development.
- Support documentation systems by providing required documentation and implementing related documentation processes.
- Maintain, proofread, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documents as needed; route, release, or reject documentation appropriately.
- B.A. or B.S. and 3–5 years of related experience (in-house or acquired outside).
- Ability to discuss normally encountered technical or project management issues clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of product/document configuration management and document management practices.
- Working knowledge of related business systems, including product/document configuration and intermediate document management skills (e.g., Word).
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations, and the application of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Work in a documentation-driven environment where accuracy and compliance directly support product and system release. Contribute to internal audits, documentation systems, and continuous improvement through disciplined document control. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional project teams to keep documentation, labeling, and training aligned. Build credibility by maintaining and owning internal documents, ensuring they are identified, accurate, and assembled for review and approval.
