Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Boutique CPA firm hiring Hybrid Tax Senior; CPA or CPA-eligible professional with minimum of 3 years in public accounting is required.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of tax returns in accordance with firm expectations of client care, product quality, and profitability
- Manage workload to meet target deadlines and project budgets while maintaining high quality
- Engage in client-facing activities, including participation in client meetings and managing routine correspondence
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with federal income tax preparation and review (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 1041)
- Experience with in the construction industry and with tiered partnerships preferred
- Experience with CCH software preferred
Qualifications
- CPA or CPA-eligible professional with 3-5 years of public accounting experience in federal income tax preparation and review (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 1041)
- Personal philosophy focused on service and making a difference for colleagues and clients
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
