NTB is proud to join the Mavis Tire family. We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis TODAY at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Round Rock, TX area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians GUARANTEED WEEKLY BONUS PAYMENTS during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our business. You’ll receive competitive, guaranteed base compensation supplemented by significant weekly bonus payments. The starting base rate of pay is negotiable.

  • No experience is needed. We’ll teach you everything through PAID TRAINING.
  • Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services – rotations, balancing and flat repairs – to keep customers’ vehicles operating safely.
  • Earn weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed, on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
