Summer Camp Counselors

Code Ninjas is the nation’s fastest-growing kids coding franchise. In our center, kids ages 5-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way – by playing and building video games they love. Kids have a blast and can’t wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt.

We are looking for energetic, reliable Fall & Winter Camp Counselors to join our team during school breaks (Fall Break, Thanksgiving, Winter Break, and occasional student holidays). This individual will help run our coding and STEM-based camps, making sure kids are safe, engaged, and having fun. If you enjoy working with children, love technology, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

• Lead and assist with Fall/Winter tech camps, following provided curriculum and activities
• Create a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for kids
• Engage students in coding, robotics, and STEM-based projects
• Support campers individually and in groups to maximize fun and learning
• Communicate with parents during check-in/check-out as needed
• Ensure the center remains clean, safe, and organized throughout camp hours
• Report daily to the Camp Lead or Center Director with respect to activities and student progress

• Previous experience working with children ages 7 and up (mentoring, coaching, tutoring, babysitting, or camp experience)
• High-energy, enthusiastic, and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in coding, robotics, or technology (no prior coding experience required—training provided!)
• Must be available during Fall/Winter school breaks and holiday camp dates
• Must be fun, adaptable, and enjoy a dynamic environment
• Fun, energetic work environment with like-minded teammates
• Gain experience in education, STEM, and child mentorship

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
