Your Next Great Adventure

The Construction Manager Trainee will work under the supervision of a Construction Manager to assist in managing new home construction and providing customer service. This position may lead to a Construction Manager role once key core competencies are met, including the availability of a community, effective management of new home construction, the ability to oversee trade and vendor relationships, and managing customer service within assigned subdivisions.

Qualifications
  • Management experience
  • Home building experience preferred
  • Customer service skills
  • Computer skills:
    Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Mechanical aptitude to understand construction science and systems
