Alpha Paving Industries LLC is the industry leader in the Central Texas for paving and pavement maintenance. We are currently accepting applications for a full timeAsphalt Milling Laborer to join our asphalt paving division. We are searching for candidates that are punctual, dependable, flexible, team oriented, safety conscience, and hard working.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Physical ability to work under temperature extremes and for extended hours
• Mechanical skills is a plus.
• Employee is required to climb on and off heavy equipment
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull 50 pounds individually and 150 pounds with assistance
• Must have visual acuity in varying degrees of light, darkness, and weather conditions
• Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions
• Work environment periodically exposes employees to high levels of noise and/or environmental exposures such as dust, asphalt, as consistent with a construction project
• Must pass physical, drug test, and criminal background check
