Milling Crew Laborer

Alpha Paving Industries LLC is the industry leader in Central Texas for paving and pavement maintenance. We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Asphalt Milling Laborer to join our asphalt paving division. We seek candidates who are punctual, dependable, flexible, team-oriented, safety-conscious, and hardworking.

• Physical ability to work under temperature extremes and for extended hours
• Ability to climb on and off heavy equipment
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull 50 pounds individually and 150 pounds with assistance
• Visual acuity in varying light, darkness, and weather conditions
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Periodic exposure to high noise levels and environmental factors such as dust and asphalt, typical of construction sites
• Must pass physical, drug test, and criminal background check
