Your Mission:

• Oversee roofing and envelope projects ranging from $1M to $10M+
• Manage safety, scheduling, budgets, and subcontractors from start to finish
• Deliver work in occupied and secure environments—hospitals, government sites, schools
• Coordinate closely with clients, vendors, site supers, and internal teams
• Troubleshoot issues, drive solutions, and keep projects moving efficiently
• Review outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years leading commercial roofing or envelope projects
• Expertise in TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal systems, and waterproofing
• Proficiency with tools like Procore, The Edge, and Microsoft Office
• Experience working in active facilities—safety-first mindset a must
• OSHA 30 or 500 certified (EM 385 or LEED is a plus)
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
