Semiconductor Industry Technical Customer Service Representative

Responsible for order entry processing of jobs and providing some technical support to Company customers, including technical order review of potential issues and provides timely delivery status as requested and provides product problem recognition/resolution (PAR system). Delivers technical information/education for customers and identifies opportunities to improve product quality, delivery, and service. When necessary, provides Sales, Manufacturing and Finance teams with internal issues and or ideas that can help to improve orders.

• Minimum of five years technical customer service or comparable photomask experience, preferably within the Semiconductor/Photomask Industry
• General understanding of overall photomask and reticle making process

• Some PC skills are needed;
  Microsoft Office products
• Strong communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving/analytical skills where applicable

• Experience communicating directly with customers when necessary
