Treatment Coordinator

Faught Family Dentistry is hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator in Round Rock, TX.

The role involves coordinating patient care, managing scheduling, and ensuring efficient front‑office operations. It is a full‑time position with a structured weekly schedule.

• Monday & Thursday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

• Answer incoming calls, triage new patients and emergencies
• Establish trusting relationships with new patients
• Track pending and incomplete treatments
• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice policies
• Present treatment plans and ensure dental goals are met
• Schedule appointments and manage cancellations
• Request and manage treatment records
• Follow up with patients post‑treatment
• Understand case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance processes

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of dental front‑office experience
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team
