Position: OBGYN opening in Austin, TX suburb - Directorship available, loan repayment

Overview

Seeking BE/BC OBGYNs to join current team of 3. The organization serves the primary and behavioral health care needs of all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay and annually provides more than 355,000 visits to 94,000 unique patients.

Responsibilities

M-F, 8-5
Call: 1:4, 5 pm - 7 am (on-call duties do not require staying at the hospital)
No weekends
Hospitals have robotics
Typically more OB than Gyn (60/40 split)
Limited call (first call to RNs)
No inpatient, deliveries or newborn rounding
OB clinics have 2 nurses along with 1 to 1.5 provider to MA ratio, front desk staff, OB scheduler
In-office procedures: sonogram, IVs, pap smears, colposcopy; no LEEP in office
11 OBs and 1 WHNP on staff; looking to add 3 OBs and 1 WHNP to the group
OB Director opportunity available as well — 50/50 clinic/admin role — over 3 OB sites and 1 women s health clinic
