Pediatrics Physician

Board-Certified Pediatrician (Residents Welcome) - Full-Time or Contract

Location: Round Rock, TX, USA

We are a physician-owned, medium-sized primary care pediatric practice focused on excellent patient care, a positive team culture, and work-life balance. We're expanding and seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician-or a Pediatrician completing residency-to join our new clinic in Round Rock, TX.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and wellness checks for infants, children, and adolescents.

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions.

• Order and interpret lab tests and imaging.

• Administer vaccines and educate families on immunizations.

• Develop treatment plans and provide clear medication instructions.

• Advise parents on nutrition, development, and disease prevention.

• Refer to pediatric subspecialists when needed.

• Maintain accurate patient records.

• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Stay current with pediatric advancements and support team training.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Pediatric specialization.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (with plan to certify).

• Valid Texas medical license or eligibility.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Commitment to a positive, team-oriented workplace.

• Willing to participate in on-call rotation.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

• On-call rotation as needed
