If you're a residency-trained optometrist who wants more than routine eye exams, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.

Clarity Eye Center is one of Central Texas' leading ophthalmology practices, and we're growing. We're looking for an ambitious optometrist who enjoys medical eye care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to work side-by-side with experienced ophthalmic surgeons.

You'll practice at the highest level of optometry while managing complex ocular disease, co-managing surgical patients, and helping patients achieve life-changing visual outcomes.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

You'll work directly with our surgeons every day, gaining experience that most optometrists never see in private practice.

Your practice will include:

• Medical management of glaucoma, dry eye, corneal disease, retinal conditions, and other ocular pathology
• Pre-operative and post-operative care for cataract, refractive cataract, glaucoma, and other surgical patients
• Diagnosing and managing complex eye disease
• Collaborating with surgeons on patient care and treatment plans
• Comprehensive medical eye examinations and patient education

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys challenging medical cases and wants to continue growing clinically.

Clarity Eye Center is a modern, physician-led ophthalmology practice committed to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.

• State-of-the-art diagnostic technology
• An in-office surgery center
• Laser-assisted cataract surgery
• Austin's only LenSAR laser platform

• Competitive salary with excellent earning potential
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities
• Paid time off
• Retirement plan
• Continuing education and professional development
• A collaborative culture where your clinical skills will continue to grow
• The opportunity to practice medical optometry at a high level alongside experienced surgeons

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Active Texas Optometry license (or eligibility)
• Residency training strongly preferred
• Passion for medical optometry and ocular disease
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Team-first attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care
