Our preschool is looking for a caring and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team full-time! This position works with children ages 12 to 18 months in a nurturing, play-based environment.

Position:
Full-Time Toddler Teacher Age Group: 12–18 months

• Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
• Ability to manage the classroom independently when the lead teacher is out
• A warm, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for early childhood education

• Supporting daily routines, activities, and developmental milestones
• Creating a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment
• Communicating effectively with parents and staff
• Maintaining classroom organization and safety standards
