• A minimum of 1 year experience working with Kindergarten through 5th Grade
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in class management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Familiarity with state licensing regulations for preschools

• Implement fun age‑appropriate activities
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
• Encourage creativity and imagination through art, music, and storytelling
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure a well‑rounded educational experience
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
