• Facilitate workshops for small student groups following a structured, playbook-based curriculum
• Conduct 1:1 and small group motivational sessions designed to drive students toward ambitious learning targets
• Employ storytelling, vocal techniques, and enthusiasm to captivate students and guide mastery of complex skills
• Leverage AI tools and individual learner profiles to tailor incentives and sustain high engagement
• Monitor student advancement, conduct mastery-based evaluations, and refine approaches using outcome data

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in group settings (teaching, after school programs, coaching, or comparable environments)
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven record of academic achievement (e.g., National Merit Scholar, early college enrollment, academic competitions)
• Available to work on-site at the GT campus in Georgetown, TX
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
