You will mentor educators to facilitate play that drives meaningful progress, build responsive curriculum across all readiness dimensions, and support four‑year‑olds in achieving developmental milestones ahead of conventional timelines.

What You Will Be Doing- Conduct individual and small‑group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective methods and recognizing documented progress
- Create and lead play‑based learning experiences that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, serving as the instructional model for the team
- Audit and align Guide documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain visibility of milestone achievement
- Compose family communications and conduct team briefings that synchronize focus areas and uphold collective standards for campus‑wide PreK readiness outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field;
Master’s degree or specialized training preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience in early years education, early childhood development, or related field
- Experience working with groups of young children ages 3 to 5
- Demonstrated capability in designing and executing play‑based educational programs or curricula that promote developmental milestones (e.g., Montessori)
- At least 1 year of experience coaching or managing a team of educators with performance accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear family updates and team alignment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work in‑person at Alpha Austin campus with relocation support provided if needed

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
