Electrical and Control System Engineer

Hanwha Convergence USA Corp. is looking for an Electrical and Control System Engineer. The role involves designing and developing electrical equipment and control panels for automation control systems, managing project schedules, designing energy storage systems, selecting sensors, developing control logic, establishing maintenance plans, and performing commissioning.

• Design and develop electrical equipment and control panels that make up the automation control system, such as PLC, SCADA, and HMI, and inspect panels and deliver them to the site.
• Manage project schedules and resources while reviewing proper functioning during construction.
• Design an Energy Storage System to ensure stable power supply to factory equipment and configure shutdown and protection devices.
• Select and install sensors and measuring devices to collect data on temperature, pressure, level, and flow rate, adjusting power supply accordingly.
• Develop sequence control logic for process automation and design relay- and PLC-based circuits.
• Establish inspection and maintenance plans for electrical and control systems in the factory, optimizing equipment to enhance energy efficiency.
• Perform commissioning and prepare a test result report.

• At least 5 years of experience in designing and developing electrical control systems and/or automation control systems (PLC, HMI).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in Korean.
