Were looking for a Bridge Inspection (Diver) Engineer Team Lead to join our Transportation Group. This role is ideal for someone passionate about bridge inspection and eager to grow their expertise in both inspection and design. You'll work alongside a highly specialized team of bridge engineers and contribute to impactful projects across Texas.

As a Bridge Inspection (Diver) Engineer Team Lead, you'll:

• Serve as Inspection Diver/Team Leader on underwater inspection projects (bridges and waterfront structures).
• Serve as Team Member on routine and fracture-critical bridge inspection projects.
• Develop detailed inspection reports.
• Apply structural engineering concepts to a wide range of bridge inspection and design projects.
• Produce load rating calculations.
• Travel as needed to support inspection assignments.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• EIT certification required; PE preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in bridge inspection and/or bridge design.
• 2+ years of dive experience with commercial diver certification (ADCI).
• Experience with structural analysis and bridge design software preferred (e.g., BrR, BrD, Conspan, RCPier, PG Super, Merlin, STAAD, RISA).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to live in, commute to, or relocate to Round Rock, TX.
• Ability to travel.
• Completion of NHI Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges course (preferred).
• Completion of NHI Underwater Bridge Inspection course (preferred).
