Goodkind Co is seeking a Reliability Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical production machinery across departments. You will collaborate with engineering and production teams, install, maintain and commission new equipment, and drive reliability improvements.
You will use UpKeep CMMS for work orders and inventory, perform RCA, mentor staff on LOTO and PLCs, and support Kaizen projects. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required to support training and remote facilities.
