$20-$25/hour during training (first month), then $4,000-$6,000/month + performance bonuses

Weekends and events required; flexible weekdays (Mon-Thu hybrid)

Claw Galaxy Austin is the newest evolution of our Galaxy family of entertainment centers — blending the thrill of claw machines, immersive VR, dance battles, and gachapon into one high‑energy arcade destination. We’re part of the Galaxy Playland and Claw & Fun family, known for creating safe, fun, and visually stunning spaces where families and friends play together.

Our Austin location focuses on older kids, teens, and families who love competition, prizes, and next‑level fun — from claw machine mastery to immersive VR experiences.

We’re looking for a hands‑on, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Arcade & VR Manager to lead our Austin team, elevate guest experience, and run operations like a pro.

• Hire, train, and motivate part‑time staff for arcade, VR, and party operations
• Build a positive, accountable culture focused on service and fun
• Manage schedules and ensure consistent coverage, especially weekends and events

• Deliver a safe, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere for teens, families, and gamers
• Handle feedback and resolve issues quickly with professionalism and warmth
• Oversee party events, ensuring hosts are organized and guests feel special

• Oversee daily operations including machine functionality, prize redemption, safety checks, and cleanliness
• Manage arcade systems, VR equipment, and membership card technology (cross‑location compatible)
• Track inventory of prizes, tickets, and supplies to ensure smooth operations

• Support local promotions, school partnerships, and events
• Collaborate on social media and in‑store campaigns
• Help plan and execute grand opening, seasonal events, and local collaborations

• Monitor daily sales and expenses
• Assist with gross income reporting and bonus‑based performance metrics
• Help control operating costs while enhancing customer experience

• Training month: $20–25/hour
• Salary + bonuses: $4,000–6,000/month + quarterly performance and holiday bonuses
• Paid time off: 10 personal days per year after 1 month; 1 week paid vacation after 1 year

• Prior management experience in arcade, retail, restaurant, or entertainment preferred
• Hands‑on leader with strong communication and people skills
• Tech‑savvy — comfortable troubleshooting machines, POS, and membership systems
