Job Description

Join Our Team and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth and Families! We’re looking for someone who is driven, compassionate, and ready to work alongside youth and their families to foster growth, healing, and resilience. In this role, you’ll provide case management, skills training, and medication education in a variety of community-based settings such as homes and schools. Your work will help guide youth and families toward better mental health and wellness, using evidence-based treatment methods and personalized care plans.

As a key member of a multidisciplinary recovery team, you’ll offer support through crisis intervention, connect families to vital community resources, and provide rehabilitative services. You’ll be utilizing your knowledge of behavioral health, including medications, substance use treatment, and evidence-based practices, to make a difference every day. What You’ll Do
  • Build meaningful, therapeutic relationships with youth and families through engagement and support
  • Provide psychosocial rehabilitation and connect individuals to crucial community resources
  • Assess individuals’ strengths and needs, creating tailored Person-Centered Recovery Plans
  • Document services in a timely manner and ensure consistent follow-up care
  • Collaborate with a passionate interdisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to youth recovery
  • Use innovative thinking and resilience to navigate challenging situations and crises

Location:

Round Rock, TX (Williamson County)

Salary: $21.46 – $30.71/hr

Applicable Differentials
  • Up to $4.00/hour, tenure with BTCS
  • $1.00/hour Master’s degree
  • $0.75/hour Bilingual
  • Up to $2.00/hour, previous community center experience in a similar position
  • $1.00/hour, advanced licensure
  • $0.50/hour, LCDC
  • $200 Monthly Service Delivery Bonus

Credentials and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a social, behavioral, or human service field and knowledge of mental illness. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment.

If the degree is not in a human services field, a minimum of 24 college credits in a human services field are required.

Preferred Qualifications

One year of experience in mental health assessment and/or crisis intervention;
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human service field. Bilingual preferred.

Salary Amount: $44,636.00 - $63,876.00/year. Closing Date:
