Routine Case Manager – Adult Services

Under the direction of the Behavioral Health Services Manager, this position will work with adults and their families to deliver person‑centered case management, skills training, and medication education primarily in a clinic setting.

• Conduct routine psycho‑social‑emotional needs assessments and complete Person‑Centered Recovery Plans.
• Assist adults and families with accessing community resources, providing rehabilitative services, and initiating crisis intervention when needed.
• Document all services in a state‑of‑the‑art electronic health record and collaborate with a multidisciplinary, trauma‑informed recovery team.
• Promote recovery and wellness, community integration, independent living, and improved quality of life.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a social, behavioral, or human service field or equivalent coursework.
• Knowledge of mental health diagnosis and case management functions.
• Ability to work as a member of a team in a fast‑paced, recovery‑focused environment.
• Must have a Texas Driver’s License.

• Master’s degree and/or clinical license in psychology, education, social work, or a related field.
• One year of work or practicum/clinical experience in case management, crisis intervention, or psychosocial rehabilitative services.
• Bilingual in American Sign Language or Spanish.

• Up to $4.00/hour – Tenure with BTCS
• $0.75/hour – Bilingual
• Up to $2.00/hour – Prior experience in a similar role with a community center in Texas
• $1.00/hour – Master’s Degree in Human Services
• $1.00/hour – Advanced Licensure
• $0.50/hour – LCDC Licensure
• Eligibility for $200/month Service Delivery Incentive Award
