Central Texas Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Hospital is looking for a Part‑Time Client Care Representative to join their team in Round Rock. The role is an integral part of the advanced veterinary care our team provides and supports our mission to enhance the quality of life for our patients.

• Answer multiple line phones
• Schedule appointments
• Greet clients upon arrival
• Prepare and collect information from clients to create or update their pet’s chart
• Explain hospital policy as it applies to payment for services rendered
• Faxing, filing, mailing
• Reminder calls
• Performing end‑of‑day duties
• Use the computer to schedule appointments and enter new client and pet information, and generate invoices
• Prepare billings, receipts, collect, and record all payments for services rendered
• Consistent, on‑time arrival and attendance at work each day you are scheduled
• Always be in position and prepared to work at the start of each shift
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well with others as a team

• GED or high school diploma
• At least two years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of the veterinary field is preferred, but not required
• Basic computer knowledge
• Know how to operate basic office equipment
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds

• Sunday day shifts (7 am – 7 pm)
• Other evening/weekend shifts may be available based on hospital needs
