As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
, you’ll perform nuclear medicine, PET/CT, and theragnostic procedures under the direction of a Radiologist to help diagnose and treat disease. You’ll use advanced imaging equipment in a collaborative environment that values quality, innovation, and compassion.
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including PET/CT and theragnostic imaging, following physician orders and established protocols.
- Deliver high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining safety standards in compliance with ACR and RAM guidelines.
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and explain exams clearly to patients to ensure comfort and understanding.
- Collaborate closely with Radiologists, nurses, and imaging staff to provide efficient, patient-centered care.
- Maintain, quality control checks, and follow all radiation safety regulations.

- Certification:
- Certified by the ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT)
- Licensure:
- Must hold a current Texas Medical Board (TMB) License as a Medical Radiologic Technologist – Nuclear Medicine
- BLS Certification required
- Previous experience in a hospital or medical imaging department preferred
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
