Position OverviewAs a Program Specialist, you will engage prospective patients, explaining how Ria Health’s services can help them achieve better relationships with alcohol. The role is sales‑driven, with expectations to meet monthly enrollment targets.
Work Schedule & LocationThis is a hybrid role based out of our Round Rock, TX office, with 2–3 in‑office days per week following a Saturday–Wednesday schedule, with regular days off on Thursday and Friday. Work hours are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The shift accommodates those who prefer a later start.
Requirements- Experience in Education, Sales, or a relevant field:
Ability to connect with potential patients and drive enrollment outcomes through inbound and outbound calls. - 1–3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, customer engagement, or enrollment. Prior sales or enrollment experience preferred.
- Polished, professional communication:
Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with empathy. - Tech‑savvy:
Comfortable using Salesforce, Google Suite, and other applications. - Passion for healthcare and technology, naturally curious, and driven to solve company challenges.
- Commitment to HIPAA Compliance:
Acknowledges and agrees to abide by Ria Health’s policies to protect patient information.
- Conduct discovery calls and assess fit for Ria Health’s telehealth AUD treatment, addressing financial and programmatic objections.
- Manage insurance eligibility, collaborating with the Verifications Specialist.
- Guide prospects through enrollment, referring those ineligible to alternative resources and ensuring the highest intention for enrollment is captured.
- Meet monthly enrollment targets, focusing on conversion rates and simplifying decision‑making for prospects.
- Record all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM with accurate, up‑to‑date data.
- Provide feedback to the enrollment team to improve processes.
- Work independently while collaborating with other departments.
- Identify challenges and independently take action to resolve them.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
- Build trust and rapport with prospects through active listening.
- Simplify decision‑making by clearly explaining the program and setting realistic expectations.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets, focusing on high‑quality conversions.
- Receive weekly feedback on key metrics: NPS, conversion rates, average talk time, accuracy, and calls completed per day.
