In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective daily operation of the department, as set forth by the resort’s standards, and will administer the supervision of all floor staff. You are also responsible for ensuring rooms are maintained to set standards of cleanliness and are ready in a timely manner for guest accommodation.

You’ll ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness standards while supporting and guiding associates to do their best work. By maintaining quality, consistency, and clear communication, you will help create a comfortable stay for guests and a positive, well‑organized work environment for the team.

• Monitor and evaluate staff work performance on an ongoing basis, praising and disciplining staff as appropriate.
• Monitor and assist with training of room attendants.
• Monitor and schedule routine inspections of all guest rooms/suites and public areas to ensure everything is clean and in good repair.
• Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, associates and other departments.
• Understand all duties of Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Supervisors and assist when needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• Experience with properties (hotels and resorts) with more than 500 rooms.
• One‑year progressive housekeeping supervisory/management experience required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bilingual skills are helpful but not required.
