Help Desk Support Level I – Onsite (Cedar Park, TX)

Pay: $50,000 – $55,000 annually

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a trusted Managed IT Services provider in Cedar Park, TX. While the company is locally based, it delivers remote IT support to small and medium-sized businesses nationwide.

We are seeking a Help Desk Support Level I professional to join their team onsite. This is an entry-level IT role perfect for someone technically minded with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping people. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, troubleshooting issues and providing high-quality support in a way that’s easy for non-technical users to understand.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote IT support from the Cedar Park office to business clients across the U.S.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets, diagnose, and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate clearly with non-technical users to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
• Support hardware, software, network, and systems-related issues.
• Escalate complex problems to Level 2 or senior support while maintaining client communication.
• Document troubleshooting steps, client interactions, and resolutions accurately.
• Contribute to a positive team culture of proactive problem-solving and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Physics.
minor in Mathematics or Physics is required.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous helpdesk, technical support, or customer service experience is a plus.
