Description:

The Team is responsible for the proactively resolving systemic quality issues in the field. This activity is managed, tracked and reported on through a SharePoint / SQL tool. The tool is being expanded to include other types of issue management / CLCA and Lessons Learned activities as well as automation and financial tracking.

The job activity centers on the Development and Maintenance of a SharePoint/SQL based tool that allows program management, execution and financial tracking for all FQM programs and projects.

Other activities include but are not limited to:

• Development of quality tools based on business/ stakeholders requirements, stakeholders feedback, and system possibilities
• Deployment of individual modules of quality tools according to the time plan and documentation
• Provide testing of individual modules before deployment
• Provide training of respective quality tools modules before deployment to all stakeholders
• Technical documentation of quality tools
• Provide support of quality tools for all stakeholders
• Resolution of TT submitted by users within SLA
• Tool maintenance and updates
• Customized reporting
• Data analytics and trend analysis
• Task and reporting automation

The successful candidate will work in a team environment; possess a Bachelor s degree Engineering, Computer Science or related field and experience in the following skills:
