• Build, optimize, and manage cloud-native systems such as Kubernetes clusters and cloud resources
• Document, maintain, improve, and validate work products
• Participate in agile development process as part of a scrum team including planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement

You move beyond traditional ways of doing things; pushing past the status quo. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders. You always keep the end in sight and put in extra effort to meet deadlines. You model and encourage the expression of diverse ideas and opinions. You take constructive action to navigate difficulties or obstacles.

• Five or more years’ experience with large-scale infrastructure systems in a production environment
• Proficiency with modern programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Go, C#, Java, or others
• Proficiency with Kubernetes (cluster lifecycle, networking, upgrades, helm charts) and containerization technologies such as Docker
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) technologies such as Terraform
• Proficiency with cloud services and configuration management tools such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience working in an Agile development process
• Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

• Proficiency in Azure pipelines, cloud services, and management tools
• Strong understanding of network architecture and security
• Experience optimizing performance and scalability in infrastructure systems
• Experience with service discovery and load-balancing technologies
• Experience with service mesh technologies
• Experience with Git Ops (Argo CD or Flux)
• Experience in observability and telemetry in cloud applications (logging, metrics, tracing)
• Experience operating with Dev Sec Ops  CI/CD automation environments
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery in a cloud environment
• Experience in cloud-native application development, architectural patterns, and best practices with the ability to review and provide feedback on others’ designs
• Experience in an organization using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• An understanding of Process Control or Distributed Control Systems
• Ability to travel occasionally (domestically)
