Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) as part of a team that leads software installations and supports new Epic customers through go-live.

• Drive and manage software implementation projects for healthcare organizations, coordinating with hospital leadership and project teams.
• Present project status and outcomes to stakeholders; coordinate end-user training and go-live support.
• Travel 25-60% of working days, with typical trips lasting 2–4 days.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize project management skills to balance scope, schedule, and resources with autonomy and team guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major).
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
