- Build a new ISR team from the ground up for new cloud sales mapped to Actian Avalanche strategic roadmap and GTM
- Establish and manage weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasting and sales excellence
- Reduce overall time to close for Cloud SaaS across SMB, Mid-Market
- Coach and enable the inside sales team for success, including regular training facilitation and motivational approaches beyond quota
- Help deliver virtual web-based presentations with your team for key wins and accounts
- Occasional travel may be required
- 2+ years successful cloud SaaS and sales leadership experience
- Ability to lead and motivate team to success
- Excellent presentation skills, energetic, organized, and excited about Cloud SaaS and digital transformation
- Experience closing new business (new logo, greenfield) with Cloud SaaS starter deals
- Ability to work with individual contributors, managers, and executives regarding customer meetings and Actian Avalanche solution selling - as an escalation point
- Positive can win attitude with a realistic approach to achieving goals
- Detailed understanding of closing cloud SaaS transactions and develop winning sales strategies across complex landscape that often involve legal, negotiations, technical barriers, and sales escalation to remove obstacles and win
- This position requires candidates to be located in Austin, TX (pending office re-openings).
