What you'll achieve:
As a Process Automation/AI Servers Technical Support
, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering best-in-class support to the rapidly growing base of AI Server customers across the globe. You will design, build, and deploy process automation and agentic solutions that eliminate manual work and accelerate service delivery. You will work cross-functionally with Service Delivery, Repair Operations, and Engineering with the goal of automating resolution processes.
