Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Location: Madison, WI (relocation assistance provided.)

Epic is seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. The role focuses on managing complex litigation and providing proactive counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other potential risk areas.

• Lead complex litigation matters, including drafting motions, briefs, and presentation of oral arguments.
• Advise on risk mitigation strategies and represent Epic in high‑stakes proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with external vendors and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• JD with experience in risk‑mitigation counsel, drafting legal documents, taking depositions, and leading settlement negotiations.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Eye for detail, creative mindset, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area fully reimbursed.
