• Competitive Compensation – 1st year annual compensation of $54,000 with an average 46‑hour work week.

As a Management Training (MT) participant, you’ll learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‐scenes operational expert. Within a structured program, you will master the skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

The program includes hands‑on learning, guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also build community relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you excellence in customer service, sales & marketing, finance, and operations while instilling a customer‑first mindset and a culture of friendly competition.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related convictions on driving record in the past five years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
