School Program Director

The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Home School Program Director in Round Rock, TX.

Under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer of the YMCA of Central Texas, the Home School Program Director is responsible for supporting the mission, purpose, and goals of the YMCA while performing the duties listed below:

• Developing, managing, and controlling Home School budgets to meet fiscal objectives and participation goals
• Directly participating in Association Youth and Government program by recruiting and training students, monitoring progress, and providing quality experience for students, advisors
• Managing Program Center for internal and external groups by supervising the space, ensuring cleanliness, and managing inventory and related supplies
• Marketing and distributing program information

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Must possess a valid Texas Drivers' License and valid insurance
• Effective budgetary and program directing experience preferred
• Must pass reference checks, pre-employment drug screen, background check and sex offender registry check

Salary: $50,000 - $53,790 /year DOE
