Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm. No weekends, calls or major holidays. The position is located at the Round Rock office (2410 Round Rock Ave #150, Round Rock, Texas 78681). This role can be Level 1, Level 2, or Senior, based on experience.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote continuity of care consistent with established standards and practices.
- Assess health status by interviewing patients regarding current status and medical history.
- Assess patient/family needs and provide teaching and other instructional material.
- Provide psychosocial support to patients and families.
- Facilitate clinical operations and patient care.
- Manage patient medication refill requests from the pharmacy telephone line and record the information in the patient chart.
- Facilitate and schedule consultations, pre‑testing, diagnostic tests or procedures, referrals and future appointments for patients.
- Triage patient phone calls as needed and document relevant information in the patient chart.
- As necessary, facilitate communication between patient/family and interdisciplinary team and coordinate services related to patient care.
- Assist patients in locating available community resources.
- Interprofessional collaboration.
- Act as a resource to LPN/LVNs and medical assistants.
- Level 1
- Graduate from an accredited professional nursing education program; BSN preferred.
- Registered RN license and current registration with the state nursing board.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 0–3 years nursing experience, preferably including one year in oncology.
- Level 2 (in addition to Level 1 requirements)
- 3–5 years nursing experience, including at least one year in oncology.
- Level Sr (in addition to Levels 1 and
2)- Five years nursing experience, including at least one year in oncology.

Physical RequirementsRequires full range of motion, handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, standing and walking for extended periods, occasional lifting of up to 40 lb, and adequate vision and hearing.
