Responsibilities:

• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the patient’s care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients, ensuring safety policies and procedures, and state/federal guidelines and regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies and procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in resident conditions to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
